Phantom Positive Conspiracy

OC Register retweeted this on 7/23:

Has anyone attempted to get a #Covid-19 test at a local school or other facility, filled out the paperwork, but left due to long waits, then later get a phone call saying you tested positive? If so, I want to hear from you. --@GumshoeJoe

I've also seen hearsay references to these kind of incidents in one or two Reddit comments. (Failed to bookmark.) And a co-worker mentioned hearing it's happening locally.

Maybe this tweet was a honeypot to catch conspiracy theorists? See tweet replys for specimens.
